The Center for studies in competition Law founded by the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, together with IMEDIPA, presents under the auspices of the Romanian Competition Council the 6th IMEDIPA international conference on June 28 and 29, in Aula Magna of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest
The conference is under the scientific supervision of the international advisory board of IMEDIPA, an international non-profit Institute for Competition law and policy based in Athens, Greece and the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest. It will be held under the auspices of the Romanian Competition Council.
The conference aims to facilitate an in-depth discussion over themes of EU and Romanian interest of local competition law experiences between government officials, academics and the private bar from these jurisdictions and international experts. The conference hosts interventions by well known specialists from Europe and the US on issues that are of concern for regional antitrust as well as for local competition law enforcement.
