Constitutional Economy – Economist’s view - Stangaciu Geanina
The current paper aims at presenting two theories within which the same concept( public choice) is  analyzed from different views. This situation has two explanations. Firstly, constitutional economics was created by economists, while constitutional politics derives from the ideas of jurists. Secondly, constitutional economics studies human behavior through the eyes of the scientist, in a cold and slightly cynic way, while constitutional politics goes even further showing the dynamic of the human behavior and the difficulties to introduce it in a mathematical calculus.

Nevertheless, despite their differences, both theories apply to the formation and evolution of constitutions, to choices between constraints, not necessarily within constraints, offering on the same time different solutions to different situations.
