British Law Centre at Bucharest University is recruiting for the 2020-2021 Diploma in English Law & Practical Legal Skills. Participants of the Diploma course study core issues of English law (including contract law, torts and trusts) and build a portfolio of practical legal skills (including case management, legal writing, contract drafting, oral advocacy and others). The Diploma is taught at Bucharest University Faculty of Law during 8 monthly teaching visits (each lasting approx. 4 hours, not including extra, voluntary activities). The course materials are prepared by experts in their respective fields, including academic staff from Cambridge University and other leading UK Universities. The materials and course teachers are also available via a dedicated course website. All teaching is conducted in English in a very practical and interactive manner.
