„Freedom of speech on the Internet” - Șotropa Alexandru
The struggle for freedom has always been a part of history, but its originality derives from the way it has penetrated different aspects of evolution. The appearance of the Internet has changed our world and has established a new objective, to protect human rights, in general, and the freedom of speech, in particular, in this new digital context. This paper aims at offering an overview on how Internet regulations are evolving. This field is still developing, going through a phase of denial and acceptance. On the one hand, some countries deny people's tendency towards globalization, towards mobility and freedom with harsh reactions in this respect, on the other hand, modern states accept that some areas of activity may not be under their direct coordination.

Key notes: Internet, speech, freedom, regulations
