THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE PRESIDENT OF ROMANIA’S ENACTMENTS - Văleanu Radu-Sergiu
Abstract: A purely theoretical approach concerning the president’s enactments cannot constitute but an endeavor that limits the depth of knowledge pertaining to the specific subject. Consequently, the domain requires a dual perspective in the analysis of both theory and practice, through the criterion of common controvercy that have been identified. Insofar, a judgement of value is illuminating, for reason that it is neither impeached by practical faults, nor does it ignore the doctrinary foundings that engulf ample discussions and points of view. This dual perspective offers a holistic aproach pertaining to the essence of a complex and continuously changing field, that of the president’s enactments.
