The plea bargain agreement. Comparative aspects according to the major legal systems - Constantinescu Miruna și Corchiș Monica Simona
Abstract: The plea bargain agreement is considered by penology as being the first step made by the defendant towards rehabilitation. At doctrinar level there is still a debate about the effectiveness of this procedure. Key-words: plea bargain agreement, judicial systems, effectiveness, anglo-saxon model, romano-germanic model.
