Abstract: One of the important problems, in the field of
Administrative Law, is the regime of judicial suspension of normative
administrative acts, more precisely if such a measure produces relative effects
or geenral effects.
While there is no solution of unitary practice
from the High Court of Cassation and Justice, both the jurisprudence and the
doctrine are divided, in terms of interpretation.
The present study aims to explain the correct
solution according to the law, but, also, to provide a prospect of future
modification.
