Abstract: Humans as the essence of evolution have conditioned
the development of human society through the ways in which they organize
themselves and use materials, raw and otherwise, tools and instruments they
have invented with a view of turning into account the aims of said development
by labour. Changes occur in both parts of this relationship. Every historical
age comprises, inter alia, the review of the man-labour relationship; the
impact of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the contemporary society brings about
a new dimension to this relationship. A defining characteristic of contemporary
society is the fundamental role that is bestowed to human rights, including
labour and social security law against the backdrop of human becoming. IA is an
intrinsic component of this process and it has the double role of being a
catalyst of general advancement and responsible to contribute to promoting and
safeguarding fundamental rights. Updating and developing juridical regulation
pertaining to the work and use of IA are imperative to the autonomy of labour
and social security law, including by means of interacting with other branches
of law and social science.
