This paper presents the new legal framework on procedural rules in international civil litigations. While also introducing the previous relevant regulations as stipulated by the Law no. 105/1992 (main Romanian legal act), it mainly deals with new provisions of the new Romanian Civil Procedure Code, particularly its 7th Book entitled “International Civil Litigation”.
