Abstract: It is always the word cyberspace that poses problems with regard to the concept of jurisdiction, which is characterized by certain specificities, which makes it a space conducive to the perpetration of crimes and offenses. The fact that it is a virtual space that functions and is used all over the world means on the one hand that the offenses are difficult to detect by the authorities and on the other hand even if they are detected, it is always very difficult to judge and prosecute, if one takes into account the sovereignty of each state. And no matter what theory shall be applied, even if we are talking about the theory of effects, territoriality, universality etc., they all present gaps.
