The essay studies the International Law transformation since Ancient Age to Middle Age. At the beginning, the essay identifies International Law characteristics before Middle Age, and than it presents the social and legal characteristics of ancient international Law transformation into Middle Age Law, the specific aspects of International Law rules and principles transformation during early Ancient Age and also the problems of legal institutions transformation since early Ancient Age to high Middle Age.
