Taking into account that the night work is an atypical form of manifestation of the legal relationship of employment and considering practical consequences that a long-term performance of night work maz have, a constant concern to identify a compelling framework for the night work performance can be noticed.

This concern have led to the identification of certain situations in which bans or restrictions have to be imposed on night work.
