Mari-Claudia IVAN, Features of the Continuous Offence
Abstract: The study examines some of the specific elements of the continuous
offence that emphasize its features, namely: legal and material object,
prerequisite situation, immediate effect, relation of causality and guilt, as
well as additional conditions. All these, together with the basic conditions of
the continuous offence, are needed in order to classify an illegal activity as
a continuous form of the unity of offence.
