Corneliu-Liviu POPESCU, Applicability of international rules concerning the protection of human beings in the Romanian legal system
The analysis concerns relations between international law of human rights, international humanitarian law, international law of refugees and international criminal law, on one hand, and Romanian domestic law, on the other. In principle, Romania is part of the majority of international treaties in the fields of human rights, humanitarian and refugees law and prevention of international crimes and it has generally adopted measures concerning the application of these international rules at domestic level.
