This paper attempts to capture some aspects of the social dimension of concepts such as law and religion, their bilateral relationship and interaction with other dimensions such as economy, politics andideology. The analysis is made mostly on the interactive relation between law and religion, with a focus on the position of the human factor as a zone of real interest.
